Terms and Conditions
Under standard Conditions, in case of CANCELLATION AFTER the booking customer must pay 30% of the total ammount; in case of CANCELLATION within 30 days before arrival, customer will be charged the total ammount.
For bookings subject to Promotional RATES or Special Conditions rates, the Terms of Reference are published in the Confirmation communications.
The balance of the stay is due within 24 hours before the time of check-in. The warranty given by Credit Card shall not retain the customer from paying. The pre-authorization will remain as a guarantee for the entire lenght of the stay and it will be returned AFTER CHECKING the room, the legality of the stay, as well as the due ammount in case of Additional Requests. Charges are possible in case of damage, required services provided during your stay, even if challenged, early departure.
ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS:
We accept the Following credit cards: Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Maestro. HOMI reserves the right to verify the validity of credit cards prior to arrival (by requesting authorization to the credit card company). For confirmed bookings that include the non-refundable prepayment, transaction will take place simultaneously at the time of reservation in the management system.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT HOURS:
Arrival is expected from 3 pm to 8 pm.
You can anticipate the time of check-in upon request and availability of the room. On the day of departure the room must be vacated by 10.30 am and keys have to be returned from 07.30 am, unless otherwise agreed. The loss or breakage of the key or the remote gate opener, will be charged with a minimum amount of 30 € Customers can use the facilities such as the swimming pool and the outdoor areas, within the time of check out and use the left luggage service until 6 pm.
In case of purchasing services that are not within the hotel facility (eg excursions, transfers etc.), even when paying in a single transaction, each service has specific conditions specified on the contract and cancellation policies upon confirmation.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE AND THEFT:
HOMI accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of your property objects left unattended in the rooms or in the common areas and for any damage to persons, things or animals to and from third parties. Any damage must be immediately reported to the hotel manager.
CLEANING OF THE ROOMS:
Cleaning of the rooms will take place between 10:30 am and midday. Guests are kindly asked to leave the room at that time in order to allow the carrying out of the service. It will be possible to exhibit the appropriate label out of the door so as not to be disturbed; cleaning will be postponed to the next day.
Breakfast will be available from 8 am to 10.30 am. In case of allergies or intolerances to specific ingredients please advise the staff on arrival, so that it will be possible to arrange a proper meal for you.
For sanitary reasons the use of the pool is allowed from 07:30 am to 6:30 pm for HOMI’s guests ONLY. Towels can be picked up at the front desk (short number available, provided on first come first served basis) and they are assigned for the duration of the stay; they must be returned to reception on the day of departure. Towels can not be used for different purposes other than for the pool loungers and they can not be taken outside the hotel (to the beach or anywhere else).
For Public Security reasons it is not allowed to any visitors to let other people inside in the apartments at any time.
ENVIRONMENT AND ECOLOGY:
If you want to join us in making the best of your stay, you can help respect the environment with a few simple gestures: turning off lights, television and air conditioner when you leave the room; closing the windows if the air conditioning system in on; avoiding excessive consumption of water; throwing the waste in the appropriate containers separating plastic, glass, cans and paper from the rest of the waste.
